OptiSpark is a HR and attendance management platform operated by Honey Adverr, Delhi, India. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our Service at mozilorty.in.

• Account Information: Name, phone number, email address, company name
• Employee Data: Employee names, phone numbers, email addresses, department, role
• Attendance Data: Punch-in/out times, work hours, late records, leave records
• Location Data: GPS coordinates at the time of punch-in/out (only when location permission is granted)
• Payment Information: Transaction IDs and payment status (we do not store card or UPI credentials — these are handled by PhonePe)
• Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, timestamps

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the OptiSpark platform
• Process payments and manage subscriptions
• Send OTP codes and important account notifications via email
• Generate salary slips, attendance reports, and analytics
• Improve our Service and fix technical issues
• Comply with legal obligations

4. Location Data

Location data (latitude/longitude) is collected only when an employee clicks "Punch In" or "Punch Out" and has granted location permission in their browser or device. This data is used solely for geo-fencing attendance verification. We do not track employee location continuously — only at the moment of punch.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties, except:

• PhonePe: Payment processing (governed by PhonePe's own privacy policy)
• Email Service: OTP and notification delivery only
• Legal Requirement: If required by law or court order

6. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure servers hosted in India. We use industry-standard security practices including HTTPS encryption, password hashing (bcrypt), and JWT-based authentication. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active. If you delete your account or your subscription expires without renewal, your data will be retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted upon request.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Withdraw location permission at any time via browser settings

9. Cookies

We use browser localStorage (not cookies) to store your session token and app settings locally on your device. No tracking cookies are used. We do not use Google Analytics or any third-party tracking scripts.
