Refund & Cancellation Policy

⚠️ OptiSpark is a digital SaaS (Software as a Service) product. Once a subscription is activated, the service is immediately delivered and consumed digitally.

1. General Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of payment, subject to the conditions below. After 7 days, no refunds will be processed as the digital service has already been provided and consumed.

To request a refund, email us at flowinpunch@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method (UPI/bank account used via PhonePe) within 5–7 business days after approval. The actual credit depends on your bank's processing time.

6. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time by not renewing it. Since we do not offer automatic renewals, your plan will simply expire at the end of the billing period. No cancellation is required — just do not renew.

If you wish to delete your account entirely, email us at flowinpunch@gmail.com. Account deletion is irreversible and all data will be permanently removed.

7. Failed Payments

If your payment fails but your account is charged, the amount will typically be auto-reversed by PhonePe within 5–7 business days. If not, contact us with your transaction ID and we will investigate immediately.

8. Free Plan

The Free Plan does not involve any payment, so no refund policy applies. You can use the Free Plan indefinitely at no cost.
