By registering or using OptiSpark ("Service") available at mozilorty.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Honey Adverr, the owner and operator of OptiSpark, based in Delhi, India.

You must provide accurate information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. One company registration is allowed per phone number. You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
OptiSpark offers the following plans:
All payments are processed securely via PhonePe Payment Gateway. By making a payment, you authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fee. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Subscriptions are billed monthly. Your plan will be active for the billing period purchased. We do not offer automatic renewals at this time — you must manually renew your subscription before the expiry date to continue using paid features.

We collect and store the data you provide (employee details, attendance records, location data) solely to operate the Service. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.
OptiSpark and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 30 days.
We strive for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform scheduled maintenance with or without notice. We are not liable for any data loss due to technical failures beyond our control.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data may be permanently deleted after 30 days.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify registered users via email for material changes.
